Tube of choice, I used a Free to use Artist.
Font of choice, i used FleurDeLeah.
Drop Shadow 1,1,30,10, black, drop shadow as you go.
Remember to save often.
Use my tag for Element placement.

Open paper 3 > resize by 75% > c/p.
Open your chosen mask > apply > OK.
Layers > merge group.

Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique > OK.
Open flower branch > resize by 55% > c/p.
Open Heart Pearls > resize by 55% > c/p.
Open Flower 2 > resize by 50% > c/p > flip.
Open Butterfly > resize by 25% > c/p > place where ever you want.
Open Gems Flower > resize by 45% > c/p > mirror.
Open Roses > resize by 35% > c/p.
Open Envelopes > resize by 15% > c/p.
Open Stars > resize by 75% > c/p.
Open Letter > resize by 15% > c/p.
Open Glass Love > resize by 15% > c/p.
Add your tube.
