This tutorial is for those with a working knowledge of psp.

A stunning kit from Scrapping Magic
WSL mask 84 from here open and minimise.
Tube of choice or poser.
Font of choice i used ChocolateBoxDecrative.
Dropshadow 1,1,50,10, black, dropshadow as you go.
Remember to save often.

Ok grab that coffee, and munchies.
~~~~~~~~
New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open Grunge paper 1 > resize by 60%.
Layers > new mask > wsl mask 84 > apply > ok.
Layers > merge group.

Open gold ribbed frame > resize by 45% > c/p.
Open pussywillow > resize by 45% > flip > c/p.
Dulpicate > mirror > flip.
Open wine bottle > resize by 40% > c/p.
Open wine glass > resize by 35% > c/p.
Open swirlvine > resize by 30% > c/p > mirror.
Click on frame layer > magic wand on frame.
Selections > modify 10 > c/p > paper 3 > invert > delete.
Selections > none > move below frame.
Add your tube > you may have to resize it > move below frame.

Layers > merge visible > resize by 75%.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright and license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
