Tube of choice.
Font of choice i used Cherish.
Mask from Creative Misfits LD Sparkle mask 1 Open and minimise.
Drop Shadow 10,10,30,10,black drop shadow as you go.
Remember to save often.
Use my tag for element placement.

New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open paper 5 > resize by 75% > c/p.
Layers > new mask > from image > LD mask 1 > apply > OK.
Layers > merge group.

Open flower 3 > Resize by 65% > c/p > duplicate > merge down.
Open brushed leaves > c/p as often as wanted.
Open string 1 > resize by 65% > c/p.
Open butterfly > resize by 35% > c/p > duplicate > merge down.
Open glitterbling > c/p.
Open flower 1 > rotate 45left > resize 75% > c/p.
Open ribbon 1 > resize by 65% > c/p.
Add your tube,

Layers > merge visible > resize all layers by 75%.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright & license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
