This tutorial is for those with a working knowledge of psp.

Stunning kit from Marie at Scraps and the City.
Yez mask 18 from here open and minimise.
Font of choice i used Coltaine No2.
Tube of choice i used one from MPT.
Dropshadow 1,1,100,10, black, dropshadow as you go.
Remember to save often.
Use my tag for element placement.

New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open paper 18 > resize by 75% > c/p.
Layers > new mask > find yez mask 18 > apply > ok.
Layers > merge group.

Open frame 2b > resize by 65% > c/p.
Open element a1 > resize by 55% > mirror > c/p.
Open element b1 > resize by 55% > c/p.
Open element bw > resize by 55% > c/p.
Open element e2 > resize by 65% > c/p.
Open element e4 > resize by 65% > rotate 90left > c/p.
Open element e8 > resize by 65% > c/p.
Open element e15 > resize by 65% > c/p.
Open spidersweb > resize by 65% > c/p.
Open wordart > resize by 45% > c/p.
Add your tube > you may need to resize it.

Layers > merge visible > resize by 75%.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright and license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
