This tutorial is for those with a working knowledge of psp.

Designs by Vaybs  here mask 119 open and minimise.
Tube of choice i used one from AMI.
Font of choice i used Black chancery.
Drop Shadow 1,1,50,10, black. drop shadow as you go.
Remember to save often.
Use my tag for element placement.

New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open paper 5 > resize by 70% > c/p.
Layers > new mask > find dbv mask 119 > apply > OK.
Layers > merge group.

Open bird 3 > resize by 45% > c/p.
Open frame 3 > resize by 65% > c/p.
Click your magic wand in the frame > selections > modify 10 > add
your tube > invert > delete > selections > select none.
Open book > resize by 25% > c/p.
Open curtain 2 > resize by 55% > c/p.
Open butterfly 3 > resize by 35% > c/p.
Open glow > c/p.
Open flower 5 > resize by 10% > c/p.
Open heart charm > resize by 20% > c/p.
Add your tube.

Layers > merge visible > resize all layers by 75%.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright and license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
