Tube of choice i used one from MTA.
Font of choice i used Kings Honor.
Drop Shadow 1,1,50,10, black, drop shadow as you go.
Remember to save often.
Use my tag for element placement.

New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open mask in the kit > resize by 75% > c/p.
Open parchment > resize by 50% > c/p.
Open frame 3 > resize by 50% > c/p.
Open bats > resize by 45% > c/p.
Open spiders web > resize by 45% > c/p.
Open cat > resize by 25% > mirror > c/p.
Open bat > resize by 25% > c/p.
Open hourglass > resize by 55% > c/p.
Open tree 1 > resize by 50% > c/p.
Open skeleton > resize by 35% > c/p.
Add your tube.

Layers > merge visible > resize all layers 75%.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright and license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
