This tutorial is written for those with a working knowladge of psp.

Vix's mask 233 from here
Tube of choise i used on from mpt, you must have a licence to use this art.
Font of choise i used Cardinal Alternate.
Dropshadow 1,1,50,11, black, dropshadow as you go.
Remember to save often.
New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open paper 16> resize by 20%>then 85%>c/p.
Layers>new mask>find your vix mask 233>apply>ok.
Open frame 9>resize by 15%>c/p.
Open branches>resize by 35%>c/p>place left frame.
Open flower 3>resize by 15%>c/p>place over branches.
Open flower 4>resize by 15%>c/p>place over flower 3.
Open doodle 1>resize by 25%>c/p>move bottom right.
Open butterfly 2>c/p>place over flowers.
Open flower 8>resize by 10%>c/p>flip>move top right.
Open your tube>c/p>you may have to resize it.
Click on your frame layer>in your first frame>add your
tube>move below frame>do the same on frame 3.
Add your tube again.
Open flower 7%>resize by 15%>c/p>duplicate>mirror.
Layers>merge visable >resize by 75%.
Layers>new raster layer.
Add your copyright & Licence number.
Layers> merge visable.
Layers > new raster layer> add your name.
Layers >merge visable.
