International Love

Mask used in kit. open and minimize.
Tube of choice.
Font of choice.
Drop Shadow 10,10,30,10, black, drop shadow as you go.
Remember to save often.

New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open paper 4 > re-size by 75% > c/p.
Layers > new mask > from image > apply > OK.
Layers > merge group.

Elements used.
Cloud 2 re-sized by 75%
Frame 7 re-sized by 55%.
City sky line re-sized by 55%.
Flowers re-sized by 55% duplicate , mirror.
Word Art re-size to fit.
Butterfly re-size by 35%,
Image 2 re-size by 55% duplicate mirror.
Add your tube,

Layers >  merge visible > re-size all layers by 75%.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright & license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
