Tube of choice.
Drop Shadow 10,10,30,,5, black drop shadow as you go,
Remember to save often

New image 600x600 flood fill white.
Open paper 14 re-size by 75% > c/p.
Layers > new mask > from image > find your mask > apply > OK.
Layers > merge group.

Elements used.
Frame 10 re-size by 75% > c/p.
City > re-size by 75% c/p.
Rose 5 > re-size by 40% > c/p.
Ribbon 1 > re-size by 40% c/p > mirror.
Dove > re-size by 40% > c/p.
Love flower > re-size by 40% c/p.
Add your tube.

Layers > merge visible > re-size ALL layers by 75%,
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright & license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
