Wsl mask 83 from here.
Tube of choice.
Font of choice.
Drop Shadow 10,10,30,10, black drop shadow as you go.
Remember to save often.

Open new image 600x600 flood fill white,
Open paper 2 > re-size by 75% > c/p.
Layers > new mask > from image > apply > OK.
Layers > merge group.

Elements used.
Frame 4>  re-sized by 45%
Flower 1>  re-sized by 55%
Flower 2 > re-sized by 55%
Leaves 2 > re-sized by 75%
Bear > re-sized by 35%
Add your tube.

Layers > merge visible > re-size all layers by 75%
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your copyright & license number.
Layers > merge visible.
Layers > new raster layer.
Add your name.
Layers > merge visible.
